Artists Impressions and Photographs

Our new homes are built in a variety of designs which have been illustrated in this web site by Artists' Impressions. The Artists' Impressions are drawn from an imaginary viewpoint within an open space area and are intended to give an impression of the house design. The photographs are from existing homes from a selection of Brendan Homes Developments and are intended to show typical street scenes. Neither the Artists' Impressions nor the photographs give an accurate description of a property, its settings or its surroundings.

The Development Layout Plan

The Development Layout Plan does not show final details of gradients of land, boundary treatments, local authority street lighting or landscaping. It is our intention to build in accordance with the relevant Layout Plan but there may be occasions when house deigns, boundaries, landscaping and positions of roads and footpaths may change as the development proceeds.

The Internal Layout Plan

The dimensions shown on the internal layout plans are approximate. Floor plans are not drawn to scale and layouts can vary according to plot number.
